Cannabis plants can be processed into various marijuana products, hemp products, and CBD oil products. Cannabis plants need to be cured, dried, and processed before they can be used for various purposes.

With more and more places growing cannabis plants, a need exists for facilities for curing, drying, and processing the plants. However, because of the time and expense required to build a full-scale facility, it can often be cost- and time-prohibitive to do so. Additionally, farms where cannabis plants are grown are often in remote locations, making it even more expensive and difficult to build a full-scale processing facility.

Accordingly, a need exists for a facility that can be quickly transported and assembled on location where cannabis is being grown and that is specifically configured for.

The Compound

Modular facility for curing, drying, and processing cannabis plants that is configured to process cannabis plants based on the product being prepared (e.g., marijuana, hemp, or CBD oil), without the plant ever having to leave the facility throughout the process.

Containerized Insulated Dryers

Figures 1, 2 and 3 below, show embodiments depicting various possible configurations of the modular facility for drying, curing, and processing cannabis. The processing unit is arranged as a central unit within the facility. One or more curing units and drying units are connected to the central processing unit, where the short end of the curing/drying unit is removably/detachably mated to one of multiple ports on the long side of the processing unit. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, multiple processing units can be connected to one another to create an additional “wing” of the modular facility. In other embodiments, multiple curing units and drying units may be attached to one another end-to-end, to create a longer curing unit or drying unit. It will be understood that other configurations are possible, and the modularity allows for any type of configuration that works for a user.
